By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Services
We provide premium mobile vehicle detailing services (interior/exterior cleaning, full details, paint correction, ceramic coating, etc.) at your location or our shop. All services are subject to availability and our scheduling policies.
2. Booking, Payments & Cancellation Policy
At Patrick’s Essential Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining a fair schedule for all our clients and technicians. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 10% deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
Cancellation After Reschedule Policy
If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is subsequently cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This policy helps us account for the resources and time allocated to accommodate your scheduling changes.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of the full service amount. This policy ensures fairness to our team and other clients who may have wanted the appointment slot.
We understand that emergencies can arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
We use SMS messaging to enhance your customer experience with Patrick’s Essential Mobile Detailing.
Description of SMS use cases: By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us including: • Appointment confirmations and reminders • Service updates or rescheduling notices • Promotional offers and specials (e.g., ceramic coating discounts, loyalty rewards, seasonal detailing packages) • Occasional survey or feedback requests related to our mobile detailing services
Message frequency varies (typically 1–6 messages per month, depending on your bookings and our promotions).
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out instructions (please read carefully): To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, simply reply STOP to any message we send. We will confirm your opt-out within 24 hours. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS from us. You can re-join at any time by signing up again through our website or texting a join keyword to our number.
